Rounding out the top three is 9 Beechwood Drive, listed at $889,900. The 2,613-square-foot home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 full, 1 half) and has been on the market 2 days.
No. 4 is 141 Head Of Meadow Road, asking $699,000. The listing touts recently renovated bathrooms among its updates. The 2,376-square-foot home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has been listed 1 day.
Closing out the top five, at $575,000, is 72 Alpine Drive. The 2,086-square-foot home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has been on the market 7 days.
