Annual Newtown Turkey Trot Set For Nov. 25
Proceeds from the event will benefit Newtown's C. H. Booth Library.
NEWTOWN, CT — The 12th annual Newtown Turkey Trot is scheduled for Nov. 25, Thanksgiving morning, beginning at 7:45 a.m. at Newtown Middle School.
Proceeds from the event — in which participants can choose between a 5K run / walk or 2.5K fitness walk — will benefit the C. H. Booth Library in Newtown.
The entrance fee is $30 per person, or $100 for a group of four with all four registering together. Registration ends on Nov. 24.
