NEWTOWN, CT — The summer is beginning to come to a close, family vacation time is winding down or a fond memory, and parents are stocking up on #2 pencils and pink erasers. It's back-to-school time in Newtown, and nobody can believe (nobody can ever believe) that it starts as early as it does.
