An open letter to the people of Newtown

Listening to TV ads about drugs that tell us possible side effects that end with 'possible death' and hearing most of the killers were on some kind of medication in almost all killings, got me to thinking. If they prescribe drugs that can cause possible death, just how far does the FDA allow side effects to go. So I Goggled "what are the top 20 most prescribed medications. Then I took that list and checked for possible side effects. Half of them had serious mind altering possibilities that it was recommended to go to a hospital if any occurred. Notice almost all are to treat ADD

The Drugs are Adderall, Ambien, Celrxa, Cymbalta, Paxil, Prozac, Tamiflu, Wellbutrin, Xanax and Zoloft

 Possible side effects are Extreme sadness, hallucinations, unusual behavior, confusion, bizarre behavior, agitation, depression, mood changes, behavior changes,panic attacks, impulsive irritable hostile, suicide and delirium.

What would happen if an ADD patient that played a lot of Video shooting games in a drug induced situation got it into their head to shoot humans. He knows they come back to life when you put in another quarter so he does the deed and when he realizes what he has done, then turns the gun on himself.

I'm sure I'm on to something here but no one will listen, mostly because of conflicts of interest. The Chemical (Drug) companies are everywhere with their money, including the FDA. Because of your tragedy you have center stage you can get anything you ask for.

We have been down this same road on Guns how many hundreds of times without something that will cut down on killings happening, let's try and find a viable cause.
