Run Starts at 10:00am.
Title Sponsor of the 5K Color Splash Run/Walk is the Newtown Federation of Teachers, Local 1727.

Individuals who register by August 12, 2018 for $30, will receive a T-shirt, race bib,
and an individual color packet.
The 5K Color Splash Run/Walk is an untimed fun run featuring a designated course. Throughout the course participants will experience color splash zones where they will be doused in color.
There will also be a final color toss celebration.
You can run, jog, or walk at your own pace. Bring the whole family for extra fun.
Check-in will be from 7:30 am to 9:30 am.
The approximate 5K course will be around trails at the Connecticut Governor's Horse Guard
and will also include parts of the Catherine Voilet Hubbard Animal Sanctuary.
The 5K Color Splash Run/Walk is being held as a fundraiser for high adventure trips for Troop 270 Scouts. Currently the Scouts are saving up to go on a trek at Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico in Summer 2019.
