C. H. Booth Library hosts this In-Person Program in our Meeting Room on the 1st Floor of the Library at 25 Main Street, Newtown, CT 06470

This panel discussion is an opportunity for residents of Newtown to engage with and hear from the community's religious leaders as we consider and respond to matters of race, equality, equity, and diversity. Join us to talk about your aspirations for Newtown, and discuss challenges that concern you. The panel consists of Religious Leaders in Newtown:
Eman Beshtawii, president and founder of Muslim Society of Greater Danbury (Al-Hedaya Islamic Center) in Newtown. She co-founded both the Granada Coding Institute and JAM (Jewish And Muslim) women in CT.
Reverend Andrea Wyatt, The Rev. Andrea Castner Wyatt serves as Rector of Trinity Episcopal Church in Newtown. Andrea has also served in parish ministry and hospice chaplaincy in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Reverend Kristen M.E. Provost Switzer, Kristen currently serves as Minister of Youth and Mission at Newtown Congregational Church, UCC.
Pastor Rob Morris, who has been serving at Christ the King Lutheran Church since 2012 and holds a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Biblical Languages from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
