Wine Eduation Class...
In this class we will focus on Cabernet Sauvignon and our goal will be to learn more about how varied its aroma and flavor profiles can be as we taste wines made by different winemakers around the world. This class has the added dimension of being a blind tasting (wines will be in bags) in order to eliminate any preconceptions about price, winery or country. As usual a fine selection of pair appetizers will be served.
