Family Applies for Sandy Hook Victim Name Trademark
The Soto family has applied for a trademark for Victoria Soto's name after it has been abused multiple times.

The family of Sandy Hook shooting victim Victoria Soto is moving to trademark her name in order to ward off conspiracy theorists and others abusing it.
Soto’s sister Jillian Soto said there have been many fake social media accounts made in Victoria’s name, many of which are managed by conspiracy theorists or are used to harass victim’s families, according to the Danbury News Times.
Soto was one of 26 victims from the December 2012 school shooting. Her actions are credited with saving the lives of multiple students.
