Garmin GPS Device Stolen From Utility Truck In Newtown: Police
The device was taken sometime between Friday and Monday.

NEWTOWN, CT — A Garmin GPS device was reported stolen this week from a utility truck parked at the Eversource property on Barnabas Road, according to Newtown police.
The theft occurred sometime between Friday and Monday from a Riggs Distler Ford 550 truck; the incident was reported at about 7:15 a.m. on Monday.
No other details of the theft were disclosed, but authorities urge anyone "who may have heard or seen anything suspicious in the area" during those days to contact Newtown Police Officer Steve Borges at 203-426-5841.
