Gas Station In Newtown Closing After Decades, Manager Says
A store manager said the business has operated for more than 60 years and will not remain a gas station.

NEWTOWN, CT — The Wheels gas station on Church Hill Road in Newtown is set to close permanently, according to a message shared by a store manager on Facebook.
In the post, Tina Keeler, who identified herself as the store manager, said the business at 47 Church Hill Road will shut down on Tuesday.
“With a heavy heart, we are permanently closing today at 4pm,” she said.
