Jr. Newtown Action Alliance To Hold #StandWithParkland Vigil
Newtown students, teachers, and community members are encouraged to RSVP for the #StandWithParkland Vigil to be held on Feb. 23.
From the Newtown Alliance Action: On February 14, 2018, a gunman with assault weapons killed 17 students and teachers at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. The Newtown students having lived through a similar tragedy on December 14, 2012 is hosting a candlelight vigil for the Newtown community to remember the victims and to support the community of Parkland. The Newtown students, teachers, and community members are encouraged to RSVP on the Facebook event page here.
