Landlords to the reduce -criminal trespass

Hello allow me to introduce myself. I'm a divorcee with an x that in my mind is not well. As when he writes the alimony check  each month that is for life he must have to double up on his blood pressure meds if he needed any to begin with. 
Although he is only giving my patents money back if I know him it still hurts. Sad to say he spends his time thinking of ways to get me in trouble to make me lose the house. Then his claim to the courts will be I need less to live on I guess. Well the latest way although not new is getting me or interfering with the tenants I get to help me pay the bills. The latest one I decided. To rent her the whole upstairs but the downstairs as there is an accessory apartment and the basement area I told her that was part of the deal. It was mine to keep for myself.  Anyone who knows the house on Osborne hill knows my son tony lived in the other side of the basement. But the tenant after only one short month decided that now she was the sole renter and that the property is now what she likes to call single family zoning. And that is but it also has a legal accessory apartment (waning they font have to be related to live there like in laws ) anyway I had work to be done on a sump pump and she was given three avenues of notice. Telephone mail and email   I told her when she asked if I would write on the Lease that I will
not come on the property without prior notice. I told her I will write this.  The owner will not come on the property unless extenuating circumstances. And changing the pump was as the basement was going to flood then the tenant would be screaming about mold!! So when she hire a lawyer to send me an email that day ten minutes before I get there just about   I ignored it and proceeded to go to my home for the past 22 where I pay over $800 dollars each month in taxes close to. 900 actually with insurance. And her I found officers from Newtown PoliceDepartment  creeping up on me in the basements , then screaming in my ear what are up I doing here !! I said " I have a lease " and when I said to them I shall not give you the lease in your hand but you may look as I show you where I'm allowed entry to the basement as she only tents the upstairs and this is a repair that causes extenuating circumstance the two policemen handcuffed me and gave a summons for criminal trespass on my own property GodBless America  and the whole reason the tenant decided I was no longer allowed on my own property was when is asked her not to leave her minor son alone at home as my parents house had burnt down and any mishap would not look good forme personally   I don't care if you leave your child but if he is not enough to be left alone legally then it's not cool forlight-switches  to be reworded in he house while the child is alone and bored maybe shall we say for example. The court case pending on Danbury Superior on May 8th 2014. All I can say since I am disabled is none of this would be going on if my parents were alive. Newtown Police Department have certainly lost the plot!!!
