Lapine McCabe Endorsed by Planned Parenthood Group
McCabe is the Director of the Center for Food Equity and Economic Development with the Council of Churches of Greater Bridgeport.

NEWTOWN, CT —Michelle Lapine McCabe, candidate for Connecticut’s 28th Senate District, has been endorsed by Planned Parenthood Votes! Connecticut.
“Planned Parenthood provides important, affordable health services to women across Connecticut," McCabe said in a release. "I am proud to be their endorsed candidate and, as your senator, will ensure that women's access to quality healthcare on THEIR terms is protected and supported.”
McCabe, a resident of Fairfield, is the Director of the Center for Food Equity and Economic Development with the Council of Churches of Greater Bridgeport. A Democrat, she is running against Republican incumbent Tony Hwang for state senator in the 28th District, which includes Easton, Fairfield, Newtown, and sections of Westport and Weston.
