The Newtown Bee announced that it would temporarily suspend publishing its physical newspaper, but news will still be available on its website and social media accounts.

The town has compiled a list of restaurants offering takeout and delivery. Patch is compiling a list of businesses that are open or closed in town. Business owners can add their information using a Google Form.

Newtown Schools

Schools will be closed until May 20 per Gov. Ned Lamont's executive order. Students are using Google Classroom to complete and submit assignments.
