Man Attacks Parents, Lights Pillowcase On Fire: Newtown PD
He was charged with arson and other crimes, according to police.

NEWTOWN, CT — A 24-year-old man was arrested after he got into a physical fight with his parents and lit a pillowcase on fire, according to police.
James MacDonald was found in the rear yard of the residence when police arrived. He previously flew into a rage and began to damage the house, police said.
He pointed a .22 caliber air rifle at a victim and pulled the trigger, but it didn't fire, according to police. He then struck a victim in the head with the rifle.

He is charged with first-degree arson, reckless endangerment, second-degree threatening, first-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault on an elderly victim.
