Nancy Lanza Estate Declared Insolvent

NEWTOWN, CT—Nancy Lanza's estate has been declared insolvent by a probate judge after the final $67,000 was used to pay taxes and property upkeep.
Lanza was murdered by her son Adam Lanza before he shot 20 children and six educators at Sandy Hook Elementary School in 2012.
A $1.5 million homeowner's insurance policy was split between several shooting victims' families after a settlement, according to the Hartford Courant.
