New Medical Spa Opens In Newtown

NEWTOWN, CT — A Connecticut medical spa has expanded into Newtown with the opening of its eighth location.

Greenwich Medical Spa opened Tuesday at Plaza South, 266 South Main St., according to the company.

The privately owned, woman-owned business was founded in 2005 and offers non-surgical aesthetic treatments and medical wellness services.

The Newtown location is led by nurse practitioner Katie Kajtor, a Sandy Hook native, according to the company.

Greenwich Medical Spa is marking the opening with a First Look and ribbon-cutting event Tuesday, giving community members an opportunity to tour the new space, meet the staff and learn about its services.
