The Newtown 28th Annual Health Fair Is Saturday

There will be numerous free drawings, gift certificates to many of restaurants, and promotions from many local businesses.

NEWTOWN, CT — The town's 28th Annual Health Fair will kick off Oct. 28.

Residents who visit Reed Intermediate School across from the Fairfield Hills campus Oct. 28 between 9 a.m. and 12 noon may enjoy all or some of the free 3-hour event.

At the fair, residents can experience interactive demonstrations and wellness treatments. There will be numerous free drawings, gift certificates to many of restaurants and eateries, and promotions from many local businesses, according to organizers.

Through the Vaccines for Children program, RVNAhealth will be providing free flu shots for kids 18 and under from 9-11 a.m.

CVSHealth will be providing flu shots for adults from 9 a.m. to noon (insurance card required).
