Newtown Alumni Fund Announces New Fundraising Challenge

The challenge would help raise money for school sports in Newtown.

The Newtown Alumni Fund (NAF) announced a fundraising challenge to support school sports in Newtown.

Several of the sports teams at Newtown High School, girls gymnastics & golf, and boys volleyball, are currently unfunded and have to raise their own funds to cover all expenses.

As part of NAF’s mission to support the youth of Newtown, the fund is raising money for these three teams so that the students can concentrate on their sport.

For the next 90 days, NAF is challenging alumni, faculty, friends and family to see which class or team can raise the most money over the next 90 days. A challenge site has been set up on Razoo and the winning class/team will get the bragging rights. To join the challenge, visit the website.

Make sure to list your team (class year, faculty & staff, or friends & family) in the “Dedicate This Donation” box so your team gets credit for the donation.
