Newtown Holiday Gift Boutique

Newtown artists Joan Pollak, Heidrun Morgan, Stacey Olszewski and Ros Liljengren will host a Holiday Open House offering unique gifts from their studios. This one-day event – to be held Saturday, November 18, from 10am to 4pm at 9 Mt. Pleasant Terrace, Newtown, CT – is open to the public.

Joan Pollak specializes in animal art sculptures created from locally sourced, hand-painted driftwood.

Heidrun Morgan creates decorative and functional glass art including mosaics, fused glass, glass weaving and stained glass.

Stacy Olszewski, a decorative and primitive folk artist, is well-known for her Santas, signage and local scenes.

Clay artist Ros Liljengren shapes earth materials into decorative pieces that are both utilitarian and inspirational.
