Newtown Man Accused Of Violating Protective Order: Police
The suspect was found at the victim's home, according to Newtown police.
NEWTOWN, CT — A 48-year-old Newtown man was arrested by Newtown police last month on a charge of violating a protective order after he was found at a home on Copper Creek Circle, according to authorities.
The incident occurred at about 11:50 p.m. on Feb. 18 after a resident contacted police.
"At said residence, Newtown Police found Joseph Gargano III," authorities said in a statement. "Gargano III was arrested and charged with Violation of a Protective Order."

Gargano III was released and is scheduled to appear in court on March 29.
