Newtown Public Schools Announces Status of School Day Thursday
BREAKING: The region is expected to be hit by a storm that could bring up to a foot of snow Thursday morning.
NEWTOWN, CT — Students, rejoice. The Newtown Public Schools will be closed Thursday.
Facing what many forecasters are calling a foot of snow, Newtown Superintendent Dr. Joseph Erardi announced via Twitter Wednesday evening that the district would be closing all schools Thursday.
Due to the forecasted weather all Newtown schools will be closed on Thursday February 9th.....
