Newtown Seeks Residents To Fill Openings On Boards & Commissions

NEWTOWN, CT — First Selectman Rosenthal is seeking residents to volunteer to fill an opening on the following boards and commissions:

There is one opening on each of the following boards, available to any registered voter: The Fairfield Hills Authority and the Bike & Trail Committee. The last day to apply is Friday.

The Sustainable Energy Commission has a vacant seat available to a Republican or unaffiliated voter. The last day to apply is Sept. 11.

The Economic Development Commission has a vacant seat available to a Republican or unaffiliated voter. The last day to apply is Sept. 8.
