Newtown Seeks Volunteers For 3 Boards And 1 Commission

NEWTOWN, CT — Newtown is looking to fill five open positions on three boards and one commission, and residents who may be interested should submit a resume to the town by Jan. 20, according to officials.

The available positions are as follows:

• The Water & Sewer Authority has two open positions
• The Commission on Aging has an alternate position
• The Lake Lillinonah Authority has a vacant position
• The Sustainable Energy Commission has an open position

The positions are available to any registered voter.
