Nouveau Monde Wine Bar is Now Open in Sandy Hook
Pan roasted duck breast with wheat berries, spinach and a cherry glaze paired with a fine wine are just some of the delicious offerings.
SANDY HOOK, CT — The Economic Development Commission and the Newtown Chamber of Commerce recently celebrated the grand opening of Nouveau Monde Wine Bar at 6 Washington Avenue in Sandy Hook with a ribbon cutting.
The newly renovated building adds elegance and class to the bustling village of Sandy Hook. Owned and operated by Bill Towne, the exciting new eatery combines cozy décor with beautiful views with outside dining on the back deck.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of world-class wines and beer along with "small plates" and a full menu.

"The addition of Nouveau Monde continues to build on the dining destination Sandy Hook Village has become," the EDC said in a statement.
