
Berkshire Road: A Saturn, operated by David M. Johnston, 28, of 55 Copper Creek Circle, rear-ended a Chevrolet, operated by Jeffrey Ward, 41, of 38 Pemberton Drive, Trumbull on Berkshire Road at about 3:15 p.m., Tuesday, police said. Johnson was issued a written warning for following too closely.
Buttonshop Road: The driver's side mirror of an Acura, operated by Jennifer Kirkham, 34, of 46 Little Brook Lane, collided with that of a Ford pickup, operated by Ronald Russell, 66, of 10 Loveland Drive, at about 10:45 a.m., Monday, in front of 9 Buttonshop Road, police said. Police reported no injuries and no enforcement was taken.
Church Hill Road: A Jeep, operated by Tara Ferris, 40, of 5 Wendover Road, collided with a Honda, operated by Jonathan Watson, 68, of 26 Indian Cave Road, Ridgefield, as the Jeep was attempting to turn from Edmond Road onto Church Hill Road at about 9:20 a.m., Monday, police said. Police reported no injuries. Ferris was issued a written warning for failure to obey a stop sign and Watson was issued a written warning for operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Key Rock Road: A Toyota RAV4, operated by Laverne Gayle Smith, 54, of 22 Newton St., Bridgeport, rear-ended a Nissan Rogue, operated by Laurel Tempur, 41, of 140 Palmer Road, Southbury at about 8:40 a.m., Wednesday, police said. Tempur said she suffered from back and neck pain and nausea, police said. Gayle-Smith was issued a written warning for failure to drive a reasonable distance apart and Tempur was issued an infraction for operating without a license.
Laurel Trail: David Allen Beatty, 48, of 27 Laurel Trail, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree assault and third-degree strangulation in connection with a domestic dispute at 25 Laurel Trail at about 7 p.m., police said. The victim was taken to Danbury Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Beatty was held on $10,000 bond and is to appear Tuesday in state Superior Court in Danbury.

Main Street (police department): Atid Fadwa, 25, of 14 Sugar St. was arrested on three outstanding out-of-town warrants identified following a report of a verbal dispute in the police department lobby at about 7 p.m., Monday, police said. He was charged with second-degree failure to appear, disorderly conduct, violations of conditions of release and first-degree failure to appear in connection with two Norwalk warrants in addition to third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and second-degree failure to appear in connection with a Bridgeport warrant. He had a $6,000 bond imposed on him, and police did not indicate whether he was held on the bond. Fadwa is to appear Tuesday in state Superior Court in Danbury.
Main Street (police department): Kerry Perran, 44, of 4 Apple Blossom Road, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive right in connection with an outstanding warrant issued in a motor vehicle incident on Dec. 2, 2010 on South Main Street, police said. She turned herself in at the police department at about 7:30 a.m., Wednesday, police said. She was held on $5,000 bond and was to appear later that same day in state Superior Court in Danbury.
Mount Pleasant Road: A Toyota Prius, operated by Michael Quigg, 22, of 21 S. Main St., New Milford, struck a deer at about 9 a.m., Tuesday on Mount Pleasant Road, police said. Police said the Toyota received damage to its front passenger side.
Mount Pleasant Road: A Subaru Impreza, operated by Luis Paguay, 38, of 88 Main St., backed into a Dodge Dakota, operated by George J. Bryce Jr., 33, of 49 Plumtrees Road, on Mount Pleasant road at about 5:30 p.m., Thursday, police said. Police reported no injuries. Paguay received a verbal warning for unsafe backing and was issued an infraction for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
Old Hawleyville Road: A Ford Windstar, operated by Deborah D. Wernburg, 45, of 51 Sugar Road, rubbed sides with a Toyota Highlander, operated by Marion Antal, 61, of 38 Wilkes Road Danbury, in front of 6 Old Hawleyville Road, at about 9:50 a.m., Monday, due to the snowbanks and narrowness of of the road, police said. Police did not report injuries and no enforcement action was taken .
South Main Street: A Mitsubishi Galant, operated by Olivia M. Carbonell, 22, of 13 Greenbriar Lane, rear-ended a Subaru Legacy, operated by Frances T. Wengart, 31, of 3 Overlook Knoll Road, on South Main Street at about 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, police said. Carbonell was issued an Infraction for operating an unregistered vehicle and and verbal warning for following too closely.
Swamp Road: A Jeep, operated by Robert J. Auddino, 63, of 33 Wood End Road, Monroe, backed into a Chevrolet van, operated by Susan Socci, 68, of 92 Forest St., New Canaan on Swamp Road at the Botsford Hill Road interesection at about 2:10 p.m., Tuesday, police said. Police reported no injuries. Auddino received a written warning for unsafe backing.
Taunton Lane: A Ford pickup, operated by Nicholas Caviliore, 23, of 90 Hattertown Road, had its driver's side mirror collided with that of another Ford pickup, operated by James Psichopaidas, 54 of 106 Taunton Hill Road in front of 25 Taunton Lane at about 10:15 a.m., Tuesday, police said. Police reported no injuries.
Washington Avenue: A Ford pickup, operated by Hunter Dolya, 17, of 17 Osborne Hill Road had its drivers' side mirror collide with that of another vehicle, operated by Scott Ritter, 59, of 9 Glenbrook Drive, Monroe, on Washington Aven. at about 6:05 p.m., Wednesday, police said. Police reported no injuries and no enforcement was taken.
