Keep At It

You wake up on a Monday morning with a mission This week I’m giving my healthy lifestyle 100% You made meals for the week, you put your clothes in your gym bag, you scheduled your day down to the minute to make time for your workouts. 

Monday is great, you come in to the gym, attack the WOD with more determination than ever. You eat perfectly paleo every three hours.. you drink nothing but water.. you stretch, work on weaknesses. You rock.


By Tuesday you hit snooze on your alarm, you forget your lunch so you go to the drive thru, your boss forces you to stay late, you decide to forgo the WOD in favor of WINE.. Sound familiar?

Stay consistent. Make realistic commitments to yourself. WIll you always train like Rich Froning and eat like Rob Wolf? Probably not, but that doesn’t mean all is lost. By making smaller, more attainable goals you can keep promises to yourself and continue to move forward toward a healthier lifestyle.
