Please join Liz from KOKOON Clothing, MaryAnn Cyr-Suarez Jamberry Nails Independent Consultant, Shannon Hicks from Tastefully Simple and Lauren from Chloe + Isabel in a pre holiday fundraising event. 20% of every sale will benefit the Sandy Hook Elementary Fund Administered by the Newtown Lions Club Foundation.

The Newtown Lions Club Foundation is a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization which is partnering with other organizations to help the Survivors of the Sandy Hook Elementary School tragedy. The Newtown Lions want to help our community heal and as such is providing aid for counseling services to the families and first responders of these horrific events through the support of the Connecticut Counseling Association.

The Newtown Lions Club Foundation has dispersed funds for counseling in excess of 250 individuals (SHS students, teachers, family members, and first responders) in the in the past year since the tragedy. Their current outlay is over $30,000 a month and a total of $245,000 in 2013. At this rate they estimate that their annual needs will be over $250,000 a year. It is predicted that they may need to provide this assistance for a period of up to ten years.
