Sandy Hook Parent Recounts Emotional Meeting With Shooter's Father: Report
In a book released last week, Alissa Parker details her search for answers, including an emotional meeting with the shooter's father.

NEWTOWN, CT — What began as a search for answers provided a new perspective to a woman who lost her daughter in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, reports People Magazine.
In her newly-released book An Unseen Angel: A Mother’s Story of Faith, Hope, and Healing After Sandy Hook, Alissa Parker recounts a meeting with the father of the man who took the life of her six-year-old daughter Emily Parker along with 19 other children and six educators on 12/14. Parker told the publication she wanted to understand what Peter Lanza knew about his 20-year-old son.
Parker and her husband Robbie arranged to meet Lanza at a Wilton office building on Jan. 24, 2013, just weeks after the tragedy. Parker's book was released on April 4.
