Sandy Hook Shooting Victim Families File Election Complaint Against NRA
The complaint was filed by Carlos Soto, brother of Victoria Soto and others affected by the shooting.

Several people directly affected by the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting have filed a complaint against the National Rifle Association.
The complaint was filed with the State Elections Enforcement Commission and alleges that the NRA improperly used funds from its federal PAC to oppose Gov. Dannel Malloy’s re-election campaign, according to the Connecticut Post.
Several people filed the complaint including Carlos Soto, brother of shooting victim Victoria Soto and Sarah Clements, daughter of shooting victim and second grade teacher Abbey Clements.
