Sister of Sandy Hook Victim to Shooter: 'My Life Isn't Ruled by Hate Anymore'
Hannah D'Avino wrote a post to the shooter saying she hasn't forgiven him, but won't be a prisoner of hate.

Hannah D’Avino, the sister of Sandy Hook victim Rachel D’Avino wrote a post on Facebook to shooter Adam Lanza about how she would no longer hate him or be his prisoner.
“Dear Adam,” she said. “I don’t hate you anymore. There is no longer rage brewing inside me daily. I will not say I forgive you. But, my life isn’t ruled by hate anymore.”
D’Avino told the Danbury News-Times that she posted it because she was thinking of her sister that was killed in the December 2012 attack.

The shooter killed himself before police could reach him.
Rachel was a behavioral therapist at the school. and was hailed as a hero for protecting and comforting children during the shooting.
