Charlotte Bacon was one of the 26 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting victims.
Each winner will receive tickets to a musical or sporting event in addition to a monetary donation to a charity of his or her choice.

The event will take place at Edmond Town Hall at 45 Main St. in Newtown on Feb. 21 from 3:30 to 8 p.m.
The award program itself will last from 4 to 6 p.m.
