Trial Delayed for Sandy Hook Truther Accused of Death Threats: Report
The woman is accused of making death threats against the victim's father because she thought the events of 12/14 were a hoax.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — The trial of a woman accused of making a death threat to the father of 6-year-old Noah Pozner who was killed in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting has been delayed, reports the Associated Press.
A Fort Lauderdale federal judge postponed the trial until April 3 after the lawyer for 57-year-old Lucy Richards said she was unable to work the case due to her hospitalization. Her client Richards is accused of making death threats to Lenny Pozner, the father of Noah who was killed on 12/14.
According to the U.S. Attorney's office at the time of the arrest, Richards made a series of death threats to a parent of a child killed on 12/14. Richards believed that the school shooting was a hoax and never happened, which allegedly motivated her to make the charged threats.
