Vaping, Tobacco, Pot & Social Media: What Newtown Parents Need To Know

NEWTOWN, CT — Parent Connection, Newtown PTAs and Newtown Prevention Council will present "edutainer" Robert Hackenson in a program for parents on Nov. 13 at 6 p.m. in the Newtown Middle School auditorium.

The program will include information on vaping, tobacco and marijuana use among students, as well as social media safety.

Newtown Middle and High School students will have the opportunity to hear Hackenson speak on "Seeing Through the Vapor" during the school day on Nov. 13.

Hackenson has spoken in schools, colleges and companies across the country and is known for the highly interactive and engaging way that he delivers his message.

The program is open to the whole school community.
