2012 North Branford Football Team Honored with Proclamation
Mayor Anthony Candelora read a proclamation for the 2012 North Branford High School football team, which made it to the state finals, at the Jan. 22 Town Council meeting.
The North Branford High School football team certainly made the 2012 season one to remember as longtime Coach Mark Basil guided the T-Birds to a perfect regular season and the Class S State Tournament finals where they fell to Ansonia.
Many of the players from the 2012 team were on hand at the Jan. 22 North Branford Town Council meeting as Mayor Anthony Candelora read a proclamation in honor of the team's outstanding season (See video for full proclamation).
