Jose M. Cintron-Vazquez, 29, of Fairfield, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, second-degree criminal trover, and receipt from illegal credit card use.
Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
