North Branford Police Department Hiring Integrated Police Operations Manager, With Annual Salary Of $75K+

NORTH BRANFORD, CT —The North Branford Police Department is hiring for a very specific job.

The department is looking for a "highly motivated and detail-oriented" Integrated Police Operations Manager to join its team.

"This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about public safety, data analysis, accreditation, technology, and organizational excellence," police said.

Key responsibilities include the following:

Police Accreditation Management (POSTC/CALEA)

Crime Analysis & Data-Driven Policing

Policy Development & Document Management

Operational Planning & Strategic Reporting

Technology & Software Management

Statistical Analysis & Executive Presentations

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Sociology, or a closely related field

Three (3) years of related experience, preferably in law enforcement or criminal justice

Valid Connecticut Driver's License

Experience with police accreditation is preferred

The "competitive salary" is based on experience with a range from $75,000 to $90,000.
