Here's What You Need to Know About 26th Annual North Branford PoCo Festival, Set For Aug. 7-9
NORTH BRANFORD, CT — One of the North Branford Potato & Corn Festival's most requested attractions is making its return, the fest announced.
After years of festivalgoers asking whether helicopter rides would return to PoCo, organizers have announced that HTX Helicopter Tours & Charters will be back, and for all three days of the 24th annual North Branford Poco Festival, set for Aug. 7, 8, and 9.
Weather permitting, visitors will once again have the opportunity to take off directly from the festival grounds for a bird's-eye view of North Branford and beyond.
Flights offer sweeping views of Lake Gaillard, Tilcon Quarry, the scenic landscapes of North Branford and Northford, and, on clear days, Long Island Sound.
The attraction was a crowd favorite during previous appearances and has remained one of the festival's most frequently requested experiences.
Flight Schedule
• Friday: 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
• Saturday: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
• Sunday: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
All flights are weather permitting.
Whether it's your first helicopter ride or you've been waiting for this attraction to return, the 2026 PoCo Festival promises a view unlike any other—making this year's celebration even bigger, higher, and more memorable.
