John Joseph Ferraro, 49, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Sept. 5
Ariel J. Guaman Portia, 46, of North Branford, was charged with first-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree sexual assault, third-degree assault, and disorderly conduct.
Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
