Thomas Lloyd, 29, of Lawrenceville, NJ, was charged with first-degree larceny and first-degree conspiracy to commit telephone fraud.

David J. Silvia, 34, of Meriden, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Oct. 3

Willian Alvear Sagal, 48, of North Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Oct. 4

Zachary Clinton Dwyer, 28, of North Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Elena Sarah Noriega, 21, of North Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.
