North Branford residents can get one-on-one technology help at Edward Smith Library through a new drop-in service, according to North Branford Libraries. The announcement lists a session at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, with help offered throughout November.
Becca will provide 30-minute sessions for people who need assistance with new devices, creating accounts, downloading apps or accessing government websites. Help is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Anyone whose request takes more than the allotted 30 minutes can return for another drop-in time. Residents may call the library at 203-484-0469 ahead of their visit to describe the specific help they need.
