Lauren Rose Clough of Northford will compete for the title of Miss Connecticut Teen USA the weekend of December 14, 15 and 16. The competition is being held at the Hartford Marriott Farmington Hotel in Farmington. Lauren is the daughter of Dave and Rosa Clough and is a student at North Branford High School. Other interesting information about her includes modeling. Friends are welcome to attend the pageant to support Lauren.  You may call the Pageant Office for ticket information at (724) 785-4648.

FAITH UNITED METHODIST CHURCH 81 CLINTONVILLE RD., NORTH HAVEN WILL HOLD ITS ANNUAL SRING FAIR ON SATURDAY, May 9 from 8:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. Rain or Shine. This popular event will feature a Silent Auction offering more than 75 gift certificates and products from a wide variety of local businesses, a plant sale showcasing an assortment of annuals in hanging baskets, vegetables, herbs and flowers, beautiful handcrafted items created by members of our church Craft Group, handmade quilts, a Tag Sale Room, a Cookie Walk, Farmer’s Market items and homemade bake goods. Crafters and new product vendors will showcase one-of-a kind items for purchase. Breakfast sandwiches and lunch will be sold at the event. We will also be selling our homemade Chicken Pot Pie that is ready to go from our freezer to your oven. Come early for the best selection. This is primarily a cash sale event.

This family-friendly event is all about connection, support, and showing our strength as a community. Walk alongside individuals and families impacted by epilepsy.
Vendors will be on site sharing resources, services, and information designed to support those living with epilepsy and their caregivers. Whether you’re coming to honor a loved one, meet others who understand your journey, or learn more about epilepsy, we can't wait to see you!
Any teams who fundraise $100 or more, will receive a free sign with their team's name on it!
