BHCare Works to Build Connections with North Branford's Homeless

BRANFORD, CT — Social service agency BHCare, which serves communities along Connecticut's Shoreline and Valley regions, is working on improving its outreach efforts to homeless people.

In the Branford area, the group is working with Community Dining Room to reach homeless residents when they also come to have a meal, writes The Sound.

The effort by BHCare along the Shoreline is similar to initiatives the group has successfully used in the Valley, where the group has a larger presence.
