A Northford resident won $10,000 on a 10X CASH 18TH EDITION scratch ticket that was sold at Haris &amp; Ayesha Food Mart at 847 Forest Road in Northford, according to lottery officials. The CT Lottery no longer publishes winners' names without their written consent in accordance with a <a href="https://www.cga.ct.gov/2025/act/Pa/pdf/2025PA-00112-R00SB-01235-PA.PDF" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">new Connecticut law</a>, which was effective Oct. 1, 2025.
