You will learn some amazing techniques to calm your nervous system via the breath. You will take home with you breath techniques from various traditions to help reduce stress and increase happiness in your daily life. These breathing techniques can also help raise your vibrations which is becoming a necessity in this increasingly chaotic world.

About the Teacher. Juliane Cooley is an occasional visiting teaching. She is an Associate Dharma Teacher and has been a music inspiration for the Buddhist Faith Fellowship for many years. As a talented and expressive teacher, she has facilitated discussions at Buddhist retreats and focuses her teachings on voice meditation and relationships issues. She is a graduate of Moravian College with a Bachelors of Music and also attended Westminster Choir College of Music.
