Charter Revision Public Hearing Tonight

There will be a public hearing for the amended draft report of the (CRC) tonight, July 10, at 7:30 p.m. at . The CRC was formed months ago to review the town's charter and the public hearing is one of the final steps before it is approved by the Town Council.

The CRC has discussed several proposed changes, including . The public can voice their opinion on the town's charter tonight.

In addition to the public hearing, the WPCA and Town Council will also meet. The WPCA is slated to discuss regulation for layout and assessment of sanitary sewers.

Items of the Town Council's agenda for unfinished business include discussion of charter revision, the , STEAP grant applications in the and an update on the .

New business for tonight's meeting include discussion of the employment contact for interim , historic document preservation grant, a resolution regarding the fireworks for the and more.
