Companions & Homemakers to Host Grand Opening for New Office in Clinton

On Wednesday, April 29th Companions & Homemakers will host a grand opening at its newest office location in Clinton. The event, which is open to the public, will begin at noon at the new location at 145 East Main Street in Clinton. Staff will be on hand to meet prospective clients and employees, discuss potential job opportunities and to give tours of the new facility.

With 11 offices throughout Connecticut, Companions & Homemakers has been providing specialized, affordable home care services to clients and their families since 1990, celebrating their 25th anniversary this year. Having these regional “hubs” allows the company to provide a high level of support to its staff, caregivers and clients. Each of the locations act as an operation center for a designated area of the state and allows the company to provide personalized care services in the most efficient manner.

Companions & Homemakers opened the new office in Clinton on April 1, 2015, in effort to better serve existing clients from a centralized location along the shoreline. The new facility will offer temporary home care services to year round residents and families with seasonal homes from Old Saybrook to Branford, help to expand the current client base and provide job opportunities in the local community.
