A Connecticut Catholic Monsignor Awaiting Sentencing for Running Meth Ring

A woman was sentenced for supplying meth for the Connecticut drug ring.

A woman was sentenced this week to five years in prison for her involvement with a Connecticut drug ring run by a Waterbury Catholic monsignor.

Kristen Laschober, 49 of California, allegedly helped supply almost 10 pounds of methamphetamine to Monsignor Kevin Wallin, according to The Associated Press, via the Register Citizen.

Laschober had pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, CT Post reported. Laschober’s boyfriend, Chad McCluskey, 44, was also involved in supplying the meth, and in June he was sentenced to prison for five years and five months.
