If you remember tuning to 1010 WINS AM radio back in the old days you might remember one of the most popular DJ’s of the late 50’s early 60’s MURRAY THE ”K”. He played 50’s music and also transitioned into a new era of music popularized by the Beatles. As a matter of fact Murray became known to many as the 5th Beatle so close was his association with them.
