NORTH BRANFORD, CT — As it’s Restaurant Month in North Branford, the town is "highlighting each of the amazing participating restaurants," according to a post on Facebook.
On the Town Manager's social media profile page, Angiollo’s Wood-Fired Pizza was first to be featured.
"Angiollo’s is a family-owned and operated pizzeria located at 1421 Middletown Avenue in Northford, right across from the Edward Smith Library. Marc Angiollo grew up in Northford and runs the business with his wife Angela and their two sons. Great pizza is in their blood. Marc learned his craft from his uncle Angelo, a student of Frank Pepe who operated Angelo’s Pizzeria in North Haven for 40 years."
